Nil: Name Image Likeness (Nil) refers to the use of an athlete’s name, image and likeness for the purpose of marketing and promotional endeavors. Athletes are now able to benefit financially from their likeness per NCAA regulation.

Mission Statement: The Long Beach State Men's Volleyball Collective was formed to create opportunities for, and connections between, local businesses and Long Beach state players.

Long Beach state is recognized the world over as the Pinnacle of Volleyball. The players are highly marketable and seek to use their influence to promote partner businesses.

Long Beach Men's Volleyball Collective is operated as a Not For Profit business. All proceeds will go to the collective. The goal for the collective is to raise funds to directly pay the tuition and living expenses of the players.
